Do you have a monthly minimum charge for a residential landscape maintenance contract?

Answer:
Yes, our monthly minimum contract price is $200.00.

Is fertilization included with your monthly maintenance program?

Answer:
Yes, we fertilize all lawn and planter areas 4 times a year with a well balanced fertilizer.

Question:
Do you offer pest and rodent services?

Answer:
Yes, we offer 2 services, one to control small pest (bugs) and a second service to control larger rodents (squirrels and gophers).

Question:
Is your Residential Maintenance contract renewed annually or monthly?

Answer:
Monthly, we believe that you should be in control of your service contract and be able to easily change if for some reason the service is not meeting your particular needs

Do you offer a simple "mow, blow and go" maintenance program?

Answer:
Yes, however our minimum monthly charge of $200.00 would sill apply.

Yes, however we will always encourage serious landscape shoppers to take a look at our landscape design services before just requesting a free estimate

Yes. Any subcontractor that works with Soholt & Company Landscape In. has been carefully screened and has proven themselves as a craftsman in their particular trade.

Do you carry insurance?

Answer:
Yes, we carry complete insurance coverage on our employees and on our subcontractors.

Do you have references available?

Answer:
Yes, we have a complete list of past satisfied clients and will provide you with address and phone numbers of 3 in your area.

Is there a wait from the time we sign a contract with you until you actually start construction?

Answer:
The answer to this question varies vastly based on the time of the year and the number of projects currently under construction.

Question:
Will you provide a detailed written estimate?

Answer:
Yes. If you're receiving a bid from a Landscape Plan there will be a description page that will accompany that plan. If you are receiving a Free Estimate, your bid will include approximate quantities of all materials and a total cost for the completed project.
